FAQ

How much will this cost me?

We use a sliding fee scale to address fees for service.  We are able to bill for Medicaid, Medicare, Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Tri-Care (Military), CIGNA, Aetna, United Health Care & ASR Physicians Care. We are in the process of becoming paneled with several other well known comercial insurance companies.

Will you report things I tell you to the court?

We follow CFR 42 criteria and only things you want reported to the court or others will be reported (such as attendance and progress in treatment).

How long will I have to attend treatment?

Everyone is individual.  One size does NOT fit all.  Treatment is completed when the client and the therapist agree that the client has reached all of the goals that they set for themselves to achieve in the time period that they determined.

Will I be charged if I cannot make an appointment?

As long as you call to report that you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment within 24 hours, there will be no charge.  Some emergencies will be taken into consideration as well.

How will I know if the agency is closed due to weather or other natural disasters/situations?

Just go to our Facebook page and any current closings will be listed.
